Your Right to Delete

At Omnix VPN, we respect your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your account information (email address, username, etc.)
• Your subscription and payment information
• Your connection logs and usage statistics
• Any personal preferences and settings
• Support tickets and correspondence

What Data May Be Retained

For legal and operational purposes, we may retain certain information even after account deletion:

• Transaction records required for accounting and tax purposes (retained as required by law)
• Anonymized usage data that cannot be linked to your identity
• Information necessary to prevent fraud or abuse

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: Through Your Account

Log into your Omnix VPN account and navigate to Account Settings. Click on "Delete Account" and follow the prompts to confirm deletion.

Option 2: Contact Support

Send an email to privacy@omnixvpn.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

• Your account email address
• Confirmation that you want to delete your account
• Any additional information to verify your identity

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.

Important Considerations

• Irreversible Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you want to proceed before confirming.
• Active Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled immediately upon account deletion. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription.
• Backup Your Data: Before deleting your account, ensure you have saved any important information or configurations you may need.
